Alumni Open Day 2017

The fifth Open Day was once again held on the front lawn at school

Alumni travelled from far and wide, some returning after only a few years, for others after many more years away from the school!  Alan Sheath is now in his 90s but fit enough to visit and reminisce.  Graham Godfrey and Brian Stephens brought and shared a variety of memorabilia from their days at Camp Hill and they created a few tables full of articles, photographs and exercise books for everyone to enjoy.

As ever it was great to see so many faces and play the guessing game in trying to put names to them all.

We wished Graham Hardy all the very best in his retirement after 30 years of service to the school.  Martin Garrod (Head Master) and Graham both spoke and entertained us.

Kashif Latif spoke on behalf of the Alumni and asked us to consider supporting the school in its fund raising for future projects.  If you would like to enquire further and register an interest then please contact the Head Master.

The BBQ, beer and light teas went down well, our thanks to Robinsons Catering, Burtonbridge Brewery and our very own AFS for their support.
